To promote and present the music, dance, art, history and culture of the seven Celtic Nations of Ireland, Scotland, Mann, Wales, Cornwall, Brittany and Galicia in South Central Texas.

Red McWilliams Show a Success

Red McWilliams packed the Courtyard Gallery for an evening of stories and music. The balladeer was in high form and it showed as he wowed the audience with bits of Scottish, American and Irish history, folk tales, personal anecdotes and songs of the Celtic lands.

This was the first Celtic flavored show in what is planned to be an ongoing series of house concerts at the Courtyard Gallery in Cuero. Not restricted to Celtic, the series will present folk music of various flavors for all to enjoy.

Red McWilliams to perform Cuero Concert

Red McWilliams, the kilted picker-singer of Scottish and Irish ballads, will play a free show at one of South Central Texas' best intimate venues. The Courtyard Gallery is a great location with good acoustics and homey atmosphere. This house concert brings Celtic music to Cuero and launches a new series of house concerts. Sponsored in part by the South Central Texas Celtic Association.
